What is Fenn?
Fenn is a map personalized by your travel chat. The places you talk about, the plans you make, and the photos you share come together on a map that feels like your trip.
How does our chat fill the map?
Mention a café, share a place you want to visit, or make plans for a show in your Fenn travel chat. Fenn picks up the places and details and adds them to your map, so those ideas have somewhere to live.
How does it help when we’re there?
Open your map to see what’s nearby and what’s next. When you want a suggestion, ask Fenn to find somewhere that fits your group—where everyone is, what you like, and the plans you already have.
What happens to the map after the trip?
It becomes a record of your travels: the streets you explored, the places you spent time, and the photos you shared along the way. A little world you can come back to.
Do we have to move our group chat?
You can share a Fenn trip link in the chat you already use. The travel conversation in Fenn is what fills your map with places, plans, and photos.
Can I try it before downloading the app?
Yes. Start a trip and open it with Fenn’s App Clip on iOS. No app download needed.
Is fenn reading everything we say?
Fenn uses the messages and context needed to coordinate the things you ask it to help with. Permissions like contacts, calendar, location, camera, and photos are optional and device-controlled. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who owns our plans and messages?
You do. Fenn's terms say you retain ownership of your contributions. Fenn stores and processes them only as needed to run the service and provide the features you use.
Where is all of this stored?
Fenn is operated from the United States and may use service providers for hosting, AI models, analytics, and communication infrastructure. Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described in the privacy policy, including legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Can fenn be wrong?
Yes. Fenn can misunderstand a message, miss context, or suggest something that needs checking. Check dates, places, and other important details before making plans around them.
What does it cost?
The current app price is shown in the App Store before you download. Opening a shared plan link in the browser does not create a charge.
Is there an Android version?
Fenn’s app is available on iOS. You can view shared plan previews on the web; open the plan on your iPhone to continue in Fenn.
